Return Policy

By placing an order, you have confirmed that you have read, understood and accepted all Nordic Techs policies.

Our refund and return policy are valued for 15 days, including the day that your local post confirms that the packet has been delivered. After this period we do not accept either refunds, returns or exchanges.

Products that are faulty due to an error on our behalf, such as damaged, wrong item or color etc. will be accepted for return. Returned item(s) must be unopened in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation that came in the original package. Returned item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Only items purchased directly from Nordic Tech store will be accepted.

In order to make a return, please provide us with your order number, the reason for return and photos or video that show the defect of the item(s) and that it is still in the original packing within the timeframe that is displayed for our policy’s. Our customer service department works with the standards of replying to your request within 2 business days.
The customer service team will review your return request and send further instructions if the return is approved. Please do not send your purchase back without being in contact with our customer service.

Note: Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee will be charged on any refund, 30% of the total order value. This will also be applicable for a canceled order.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEM(S)
Stains, folded cards, broken seals/ broken plastic foiling will not be accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in an acceptable condition we reserve the right to not refund or exchange.

Non-returnable, refundable item(s) includes:
- Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged, this includes gift cards.
- Item(s) purchased from other authorized retailers, cannot be refunded or exchanged through Nordic Tech, please get in touch with them directly. 
- We do not accept products that are intimate, sanitary or health and personal care item(s).
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale item(s) cannot be refunded.
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges if customers change their mind after receiving their order(s).
- Incorrect product purchased and damaged products through custom mishandling.

Nordic Tech reserves the right to deny any return and we do not do refund any type of Shipping costs.

WHAT IF THE ITEM(S) I RECEIVED ARE DEFECTIVE/ INCORRECT/ DAMAGED?
Please contact our Customer Support team at nordictechcontact@gmail.com to start a return process. Please include the following information: 

- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Reason for return
- Video and/or photo of the faulty product (if applicable) 

Our customer service department works with the standards of replying to your email within 2 business days.
The customer service team will review your return request and send further instructions if the return is approved. Please do not send your product back without being in contact with our customer service.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace item(s) if they are defective or damaged.

HOW LONG IS THE RETURN PROCESS?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we received your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of the received item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with further questions about when the credit will be posted back to your account. 

If you still have not received the credit from your return, start with contacting your bank/credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is posted in your account.

For non-defective item(s), a refund will be granted, excluding the management, processing and transaction fee, the fee is 30% of the total order value. This will also be applicable for a canceled order.

Note: We do not refund any type of shipping costs.


SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of the returned item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning an item, you have to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Nordic Tech will not be held liable for packages or values that are returned to the sender and we will not be held liable to any misroute parcels. 
Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in the mail or other mishaps from happening.

CANCEL AN ORDER
If this would accrue, please contact us within 12 hours from the moment you made your order, if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure that you provide us with the order number and the modification you would like to make and we will confirm once the modification has been made. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be informed that when an order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel or modify the order. Also be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (30% of your total order value) will be applied for any cancellation.

All our customers are advised to carefully enter the correct addresses otherwise, the packages may not be delivered.
