What type of payment methods does Nordic Tech accept?
Nordic Tech Store accepts all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX), and PayPal payment.
What do I do if a product that I want is out of stock?
While our products are almost always in stock, anything could happen during our big sales. If the situation arises we would recommend you to contact us and we can perhaps reserve from the incoming stock or assist you with more information on the expected arrival of the incoming stock.
How do I track my order?
When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email, confirming your order number and all the details of your purchase. You can cancel your order or make changes to your shipping information within 12 hours on the same day as the purchase.
After this timeframe, your order will be processed for stocking, packing, and shipping, we estimate that this normally takes between 1 to 6 business days. When this is completed, you will receive an email with the Shipping Confirmation.
In this email, you will have a button to click for more shipping details that include the current location and tracking number of your packet(s).
My packet has not been moving in a few days, what has happened?
Kindly note that the tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after it has been shipped. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.

When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled by us and shipped out from different warehouses around the world. All our orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 day(s) from the date that the order is made and shipped within 2 to 6 business days.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please as mentioned above, allow 1 to 6 business days for this unique and exclusive products to be shipped. After that, we estimate that it takes around 8 to 25 days and in some rare cases 26+ business days for delivery in the United States of America, around 12 to 40 days and in rare cases 40+ business days depending on location for other international orders.
We are not responsible for the delay caused by the customs department in your country.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are normally (depending on the country, state, and local regulations and laws that the packet(s) is shipped to) tax-free in US Dollars, which means that you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties and related custom fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, these are determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these extra charges and taxes fall under your responsibility and will not be covered by us. For further details or charges, we kindly advise you to contact your local customs office.
Where do you ship the products from?
At Nordic Tech Store we ship products from different manufacturers warehouses all around the world. We work with some of the top global merchants in order to offer the best products for the best price. We use wholesalers that are trustworthy and together we work for the same goal; that you as a customer should always have the best possible experience with the item(s).
We always search, try and compare different trusted suppliers, in order to put together a collection of trending, fun and innovative products. In this way, you as our customer do not have to drive around to retail stores, do a massive search on different websites in order to do a price comparison or get ideas on the new products and trends. We consider us to be an all in one store, that is always up to date.
Due to our business model, your order can be shipped from many places in the world, from the USA, Russia, Canada, Spain, China, Tibet, India, Vietnam etc. After custom (if applicable) the packages are handled by your local post distributer such as USPS, Canada Post etc.
How do I return an item?
Products that are faulty due to an error on our behalf, such as damaged, wrong item or color etc. will be accepted for return. Returned item(s) must be unopened in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation that came in the original package. Returned item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Only items purchased directly from Nordic Tech store will be accepted. If your return is applicable please contact us for further information. The customer support team will review your return request and send further instructions if the return is approved.
Are there any fees associated with returns?
We have a management, processing and transaction fee that will be charged on any refund, the fee is 30% of the total order value of the item(s). This will also be applicable for any canceled order.
Will shipping cost be covered for my returns?
All shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees fall under the responsibility of the customer.
What if the item(s) I received is defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us within 15 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, damaged or defective. Please include your order number, photographs or video of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
How long is the return process?
The return process may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been received and processed.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid with credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5-10 business days of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with any further question regarding when the credit will be posted back to your account.
If you have not received a credit for your return after this time, please start to contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted back on your account.
How/ can I cancel my order?
If this would occur, please contact us within 12 hours from the moment you made your order, if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure that you provide us with the order number and the modification you would like to make and we will confirm once the modification has been made.
What is your policy around cancelation?
Please be informed that when an order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel or modify the order. Also be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (30% of your total order value) will be applied for any cancellation.
All our customers are advised to carefully enter the correct addresses otherwise, the packages may not be delivered.
